    You should contact your local Provincial Jr A (OPJHL), Junior B, or Junior C clubs and be prepared to work for free. They are always interested in people to help them with equipment (you can get your voleenteer hours too) If you work hard and stick with it you will gain great experience and work your way up.
    Along with hockey players, coaches, and scouts, you have to work your way up through minors, juniors, and minors.
    So check one of the local clubs websites for an email address and send in a resume or let them know your intentions,

    You probably need to know the right people on the team first to break into that niche.
