Don’t forget to put your jock strap on first, and your cup. And don’t forget to give it a good whiff before every game.

Strap/cup. Kneepads/shin guards, hockey socks, skates (pull them tight), shoulder pads, elbow pads, ladies tiny gloves under hockey gauntlets (you’ll feel a bit silly but trust me, they help a lot), neck guard, helmet.
Oh, and don’t walk naked skates on concrete, that’s terrible for them. If you have to cross concrete use skate guards or walk on your knees.
How they fit is pretty self evident.

Did it come with pictures or just instructions??
*** I suggest you quietly sneak into a dressing room at your local rink and secretly watch a bunch of guys get dressed or undressed if you can figure it out from what comes off first goes on last.

haha, its such a damn process. i played my whole childhood into high school. Lets see…
    Jock
    shin guards
    socks
socks-belt (however you keep your socks up)
    pants
    Skates
    Shoulderpads
    Elbow Pads
    Jersey
    Helmet
neck guard (only dorks wear them – and me)
    gloves
GAME TIME (dont forget to take your skate guards off, or you will look like a dufus when you fall after taking one step on the ice haha)
I remember there was a lot of tape involved with the process too. Use it where you need it (usually knee pads, and socks).
