Best Way To Remove Odors In Hockey Gear

Article by Travis Holzem – The Odor Doctor

Hockey Mom’s New Best FriendIts that time of the year again and hockey season is almost in full swing. That means traveling all over to watch your kids play <img src=”http://www.knockoutodors.com/wp-content/uploads/remove-hockey-equipment-odors.jpg” alt=”How to remove Hockey Equipment Odors” width=”128″ height=”108″ align=”left” vspace=”10″ hspace=”10″>hockey. Its a busy time of the year for hockey parents especially if you have more than one child playing hockey. Being a hockey parent or knowing someone that is you know how hectic it can be.One thing that is a problem for anyone that plays hockey is the odors that accumulate in their hockey equipment because of frequent use. It might be chilly to sit and watch a hockey game but to a player on the ice skating it gets pretty warm in all of that equipment while they sweat heavily as the body tries to stay cool.During a hockey season kids practice or play 3-5 days a week depending on the age level. Once in the high school and college ranks you are skating every day of the week. This leads to extreme odors becoming embedded in the hockey skates, shin pads, elbow pads, shoulder pads, breezers, helmet, gloves, and undergarments. If these odors aren’t taken care of on a regular basis they can become very overwhelming, and the longer they go without being cleaned the deeper the odors get embedded into the equipment. Some Hockey Moms might even say there is nothing in this world that can get rid of the awful stink that becomes their child’s equipment bag. I know some parents that leave the hockey bags out in the garage because they smell so bad.If you have tried everything and you think there is no hope left for you and that you just have to live with it til the seasons over, I will let you know that today is the day that you conquer the hockey mom’s kryptonite “hockey equipment odors”.All it takes is a little patience, a scrub brush, some liquid dish soap, and a Gallon of KO Odorless Odor Eliminator.Sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? Well, it is!Once you treat the equipment and get rid of all of that stink. Put a smaller bottle of KO Odor Eliminator in your kids bag and have him spray his equipment down after every practice or game and you will keep the odors away. When the other parents ask why your kids equipment bag doesn’t stink like the rest of the kids you can let them in on your secret.Ok, I’m sure you want to know how this is accomplished right…?What you will need:
