I don't know much about field hockey except my mom played it back in the 50s .. should I use some of my rollover minutes to phone her and get some insight ?? Field hockey is a sport with a curved stick, and is played more aggressively then floor hockey. Also, in floor hockey I'm pretty sure you wear more pads, am i right? In fieldhockey you wear goggles and shin guards. Field hockey is played indoor and outdoor, and ages 8 and up have to have goalies.
