if your town has any summer camps DEFINITELY do them, otherwise if you have any friends on the team, go to a field and have them hit at you.

hey im a goalie i have been playing for 2 years and im a county and national goalie i would just advise by
keep fit
be very flexible
watch goalie save on youtube some are fantastic
dont be scarred
be prepared
if you take anybody out and the ball rebounds and they try to shoot
just get up ASAP!!! dont worry about the guy that you just piled over and just enjoy and have fun!!!! i play for hampshire, england u-15,fareham mens 2 xii and loads of other teams hope this helps buddy
